With over two decades of dedicated service to the financial sector, my journey began in 2002 as a specialist at the Securities and Exchange Commission. This foundation paved the way for a career defined by leadership and systemic transformation. As the former SEC Director General, I spearheaded the modernization of Uzbekistan’s capital markets, establishing a robust legal framework and launching cutting-edge IT infrastructure in partnership with the Korea Exchange.
Throughout my tenure, I have authored and led the adoption of pivotal laws, including those governing securities markets, joint-stock companies, and investment funds. My work has always been driven by a vision of a transparent, efficient, and globally integrated financial landscape. Today, as an independent advisor, I continue to engaging in shaping the future of  corporate governance and public administration across Central Asia. I remain committed to fostering institutional excellence and economic resilience, bridging the gap between national potential and international standards.
